The architecture of the house in Agalarov Estate

The architectural concept of the residence is based on the desire to reinterpret classical architectural forms in a modern country house. The project was inspired by ancient Roman arcades and colonnades, which form an expressive rhythm of the façade and imbue the building with a sense of monumentality and harmony. Light-colored stone, a symmetrical composition, and arched galleries create a noble and tranquil architectural image.

The facade is built on a combination of classical proportions and large panoramic windows, which lend the architecture a lightness and openness. The central part of the house is designed through a tall glass volume, visually uniting the two wings of the building and enhancing the connection between the house and the surrounding garden. Columned side galleries form sheltered terraces and create an expressive depth of space.

The architecture of the residence strives to maintain a balance between classical solemnity and modern comfort. The use of traditional elements—arches, columns, and symmetry—in combination with laconic modern forms creates architecture that simultaneously references historical prototypes and organically exists within the context of a modern suburban environment.
