The architectural and planning solution of the house is largely dictated by the customer's desire for privacy. As a consequence, the windows of the house are predominantly oriented on only 2 facades: the facade on the entrance side and the facade on the side of the inner plot.

The residential house consists of a garage area, a living area and a spa area with sauna and relaxation room. When realizing complex projects from scratch, we take direct care to ensure that the exterior blends harmoniously with the interior, emphasizing the exquisite taste of its owners.
