Project manager of architectural projects

Responsibilities

• Building a clear system (timelines, resources needed, etc.);
• Organization of the team's work: distribution of tasks, setting TOR, control of implementation and compliance with deadlines;
• Interaction with contractors;
• Drafting closing documents, monitoring deadlines and timely completion.

Requirements

• Systematic thinking and actions, striving to organize work;
• Having effective communication skills with the team and contractors;
• Architectural or construction education, as well as experience in related fields will be your advantage!

• Timely payment of wages;
• Remote work format or hybrid schedule (online+offline);
• Five-day working week with two days off, working days are Monday through Friday, days off are Saturday and Sunday.
